「明日の記憶/Crazy Moon～キミ・ハ・ムテキ～」、「Believe/曇りのち、快晴」で09年度シングル売上の1位、2位を独占中の嵐が、19日（水）に発売したベストアルバム『All the BEST！ 1999～2009』で初動売上75.3万枚を記録し、自己最高初動売上で8/31付週間アルバムランキングの首位を獲得した。これまで09年度1位のアルバム初動売上を記録していたMr.Children『SUPERMARKET FANTASY』（2008年12月発売）の70.8万枚をも上回り、同作は、本年度初動売上トップに躍り出た。 　Mr.Children『SUPERMARKET FANTASY』は、すでにミリオンを突破しているが、嵐も同アルバムでミリオンを達成すれば、1999年11月のデビュー以来、シングル、アルバムを通じて自身初のミリオン作品の誕生となる。 　同作は2枚組ベストアルバムで、1999年11月のデビューシングル「A・RA・SHI」から、今年5月に発売された26枚目のシングル「明日の記憶 /Crazy Moon～キミ・ハ・ムテキ～」までの全シングルを網羅。さらに表題曲と、メンバーが10周年の感謝の気持ちを込めて作詞した新曲「5×10」の計32曲 が収録されている。
