It's out in the USA now. :) You can definitely order them online at either Barnes and Nobles, or Borders Bookstores. I just got mine in the mail today. :)

It includes both the theatrical version of the movie, as well as all the cast interviews, the making of, the crank-up, several of the movie premieres, the trailers, and it's all subtitled.
