p0intさんの絵文字 Amabuki sake brewery thank for using for “our home town Nippon” at NHK Kohaku. I noted for Arashi fans who want to know his each movement I post at twitter, blog and web site. I got mail “at first by groupie feeling I try to drink sake by Amabuki but it was really good sake””I’m healed to watch Arashi drinking Amabuki” etc. these make me so pleased. I got many mail and call as “I go to Fukuoka dome Arashi concert held 15 & 16, I’d like to visit sake brewery.” the farther requested person was from Hokkaido. as we got many request, we let them visit. I got may inquiry “I want sake that Ohno-san touched. where I can buy?” the sake that Ohno-san had experience will be squeezed in the end of Jan. and we plant to fill in the bottle in Feb. Sake is made by microbe so this must mature a year and we can make shipment. so as this is still under fermentation so sale date is TBD. and we want to avoid to note “this sake made by Ohno-san” I wish you like is our brewery as Satoshi Ohno-san of leader of Arashi with brewery staffs brew sake. this is word he talked at Kohaku. “where I visit is brewery of sake that continue 300 years in Saga pref. however I had experience to brew sake a little I could feel so proud. I want to conserve our country culture. at least as many as people think about home town deeply. Japan could be more wonderful country.” we are seeking brew sake experience 29 &30jan and open brewery 5,6,11,13 Feb.
