Mainchi < movie PO box, Gantz exceeded 1million audiences with 2 victories in row.> PO box ranking of 5 & 6 Feb announced on 7. SF action movie Gantz keeps tops. 1,17million audience for 2 weeks. and PO box exceeded 1.46B yen.

Bartender staff blog <regarding Goods sales restart> Thank you very much many comment about goods. Mug Cup and Aroma candle that were sold out, the sales restarts at tomorrow noon at first at web site. we prepared quite number of stock. but this momentum.I feel nervous. sales at shop will let you know once it will be determinate.
Rola-san (model) blog on 2/3 today was shooting of Himitsu no Arashi-chan.
Ikegami-san (Bartender PR company director) blog on 2/5 yesterday I was stucked at hotel in Tokyo for Bartender shooting. I have been surrounded Masaki AIba-kun or Arashi, stuck Kanjiya-san, Masahiko Tsugawa-san for long timer shooting. At break Aiba-san was instructed movement of making cocktail, but he studied by himself. and he talked casually to us. as may be expected of Arashi. I have not see Aiba-san thoughtfully on TV but he is manly. Nando-san (Bartender director) first episode of Bartender’s audience rate was good. 2 digit on 23’oclock is level to be able to  proud. /  this age I wonder if this is good to judge the drama with only by audience rate. but I’m pleased what many people watched it and as audience rate is good all in good humor.

'GANTZ' to be released in Germany!

On bluray / dvd that is.

I found an article during my search for Gantz being shown in Germany, after having seen that it was not on the list of countries who wanted a license for distribution it in the respective countries.

What I found was this: (in german):

It basically says that the company 'sunfilm' recently got the license for distribution on DVD / Bluray for Gantz I and II in Germany.
The possible release for the first movie is scheduled for September 2011. (When someone is interested, I can do a complete translation of that article!)

I think this is good news for those living in Germany who will most possibly not get a theaterical release :/

For those who can go, GANTZ  I will be shown on the 'Animagic', a national Anime /Manga Convention which is from July 29-31 in Bonn, Germany as a part of the 'animotion FIlmfestival'. They also show movies like Ponyo.
