2013 JE Philippines Fund-Raising Project

Dear all,

je_philippines is holding a fund-raising project for the victims of the monsoons and Tropical Storm Maring (International Name: Trami). The format of the fund-raising project is the same as last year's--where sellers offer to write fan fiction, make fan art/graphics, translate/sub, etc.--and this year, we'll be opening a garage sale for those who want to donate their proceeds after selling their merchandise.
