Questions: Can we pre-order single online but collect in Japan?

I will be in Japan during the release date for GUTS!.
So I'm wondering, can we pre-order the single online from local shop in Japan, then later collect it personally during the release date?

I am going to Japan this April 7th until the 18th. Are there any Arash-related events going on around that time? I will be visiting Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo.
