Hello... anybody from Koga?

hello minna-san.... I'm Shiela from the Philippines, I'm recently in Koga-shi, Ibaraki-ken, here in Japan... I would like to know if anyone is near me? I would really love to have someone to do some fangirling stuff. Like this weekend, I really want to go to Tokyo dome for the Waku-Waku, but I don't know anyone who would go with me. I can't speak Japanese and I'm not a member of the fansclub. =( My student told me about them going to the event this Sunday and it just made me sadder.. ='( .. anyone out there? thanks!
