Re: Road Closures
Due to road closures (to help direct traffic at the concert) the shuttle company has asked that those in the 1pm groups on Friday & Saturday to arrive a little early and be ready to leave as close to 1pm as possible. This will allow the drivers to be on the road before traffic begins to get heavy and should allow for plenty of time to navigate the road closures.
Many thanks to Michelle for making me aware of the closures.
Quick Update:
The drivers will have signs that say: Yama Kaze Arashi Blast Group :-)
Please look for these signs and the vehicles will be marked with Reliable Shuttles. All other information is the same. See you guys next week!!
TRANSPORTATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE BELOW
PRICING: $20 round trip per person/per day. This is payable in cash to the driver at time of pick up at the Ala Moana Center.
PICKUP TIMES & LOCATIONS: Due to the number of people we had sign you & because of some flight schedules I have arranged two pick up times. The first pick up time will be at 10am and the next will be at 1pm.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ABOUT PICKUP TIMES: If "early" was noted next to your name on the spreadsheet below your pick up time will be at 10am, all others will be picked up at 1pm.
It will take about 1 hour from the Ala Moana to the Ko Olina.
I have closed the spreadsheet to any changes, if you absolutely need to make a change please PM me.

PICK UP LOCATION: The pick up location will be at the TROLLEY stop across from the food court at Ala Moano Shopping Center. Plan to arrive a little before your pick up time and look for the buses/vans that are marked Reliable Shuttle. Below is a link to a map that shows the location of the trolley stop, it's the green marker.

The buses will drop you off directly at Lagoon #3 at the Ko Olina
Just had someone ask me about the pick up from the concert. We will all be picked up at the same time in one load. I have been told that they have enough buses/shuttles set aside just for us that they will be able to do just one pick up time after the concert. So we will all leave the venue together.
RETURN TIME: The buses will pick us up at 10pm at the same place they drop us off and will return us all back to the Ala Moana Shopping Center.
