Arashi Blast in Miyagi

This is my first time posting a request here but I'd really love some info and help, if possible. I found out I'll be in Japan around the time of the Arashi Blast in Miyagi concert. I'll only able to go to their first show on 9/19, and while I know it's a long-shot, I'd love to try to get tickets. Does anyone know when and how I can get them? Any new information about the process since they announced the concert?

And even if I can't go to the concert, I'm planning on going to hopefully buy some concert merchandise. So if anyone else will be in the area and want to meet up, I'd love to do it!
