Is there any kind soul out there who could enlighten me as to when the deadline to ballot for Arashi's upcoming tour is?
I recently moved to Japan and was planning to go and join the fanclub sometime next week. However if it is too late to ballot for the coming concert, then I might wait a bit before joining (for various reasons).
I hope someone can answer my question.
