Help trying to attend an Arashi's concert

Hi everyone!

Well..i'm looking for some help, anything or anyone that would kindly tell me about the process that it takes anyone that wants to attend a concert. I'm new to the idea of wanting to go to a concert, because i'm a foreigner i thought it was almost impossible for me to go to one, but then i thought..well at least i can try and figure a way to go, see if it's possible or anything. I have been an Arashi's fan for over 7 years, join a little late to the party i know,lol. But i came on vacations to japan for over a month and i began to think..well,there's got to be a way..so who better to help me out than you guys. So if anyone can tell me something, anything i can use i will be really greatful to you all.
