help regarding concert tickets

Hi fellow Arashians~

so I'm set on going to an arashi con with my friend in this year's live tour, and we're targeting the ones in Osaka, so that would be from nov. 26-29... I'm wondering if you guys have any idea when tickets would start selling or if they announce when the tickets will be sold? and also where else do you guys buy tickets from? I only know to get them from jegoods, but I also saw some tickets being sold on viagogo (IDK how realiable the site is though ^^;; has anyone bought tickets from here before?)
