Difference between FC Tickets and PG Tickets

Hi! I hope someone can answer this question.

I was browsing J-Web recently and was reading the announcement for the Japonism tour. I saw that there are two kinds of tickets: FC tickets, and PG tickets. I'm assuming that the FC tickets are those issued for fan club members, but I'm curious as to what PG tickets are. Are they tickets that can be bought by those not part of the fan club, or does one still need to be an FC member to get these? (For the record I don't have plans to go to the concert, I'm just really curious about this.)
