balloting for tickets fc member

Hi everyone! I hope you can help me with this :) I've already posted this as a comment in another post but I thought that it would be better if I post it here as well.

Last month, a friend of mine who lives in Japan, applied for me as my sponsor in Arashi's fansclub. Luckily, I got the card member in less than a month, and now I'm trying to ballot for tickets but I don't really understand the webpage.

How can I do it? where is the link in the page to ballot for them? I've also read that I would receive an Email informing me about this, but I have just registered my email and I'm not sure if that counts as registering in the mail service of the webpage as well. Apart from receiving the confirmation mail, should I receive another mail that tells me about the details of the concert? Is there any step that I'm missing?

please, if you can, be as detailed as possible because this is driving me crazy and it's the only chance I'd get to go to see them
