Need some help with Sakumiya doujinshi

I want to ask if there is anyone out there that can help me out with sharing my Sakumiya Doujinshi? (´д⊂)

Basically, I want someone that can translate it. Someone that has the use of Photoshop... my computer... aka little Oh-chan here, is not cooperating. 

I've only been able to take picture, not even a scanner... because I never could stop procrastinating and buying one. It doesn't have to be the same person, whoever wants to help can PM me or comment here (^-^)
