Translated Guide to Applying for Arashi's 2017-2018 Live Tour

Hi everyone! I've translated the instructions and FAQs for applications to Arashi's concert tour this year. As this is the first time digital tickets will be used for the Dome tour, I figured a translation of the guidelines would help clarify some items.
