Is there a way to get a ticket concert for someone who missed the chance to ballot?

Hello everyone!!! I hope someone can help me.
After the announcement that NinoAi will have a duet, I am so determined to go to their concert this year!
But the balloting period is already ended and even if not, I am not a FC member. Tomorrow is already the result for balloting.
So I wanna know, is there any way for me who is not a FC member and missed the chance to ballot to be able to attend to their concert??
Please tell me there is a way! huhu

Because with new system, the QR code thing, I don't know if it's okay to buy it from other source and I've never attend the concert so I'm so clueless.

I don't mind any date but if possible I wanna go on Aiba-shi's birthday.
(I am saving money starting now >,<)

EDIT: I guess the only way is to buy from someone who has an extra ticket. So, if any of you or someone you know has an extra ticket, would you be kind enough to inform me? And another thing to hope is, if I do get the ticket, hopefully the security wont check the names or else the ticket would be useless (-_-;).
I am not giving up yet!
