Should I or should I not join FC?

Hello everyone.
I am in need of your help.
I'm in dilemma. I dont know whether I should join fc or not.
I really wanna go to their concert this year.
I wanna join fc but I dont have friend or someone in japan so I'm about to use sosjapan service. The total is 13650 yen. To some of you it might be nothing but it was such a big deal for me.
I am just afraid what if I join (and I only dreaming of going the concert once in my life) and i couldnt hit the tix? I plan to join fc for one year only. And arashi said "and more" for the concert. What if, just what if they are gonna hold oversea concert?
So right now I want to know should I wait for more details of the concert, only then I decide to join fc? Is there such a thing that the price of fc will be go up nearer the balloting period?

Or, or is there someone kind enough to put my name as friend for balloting? _(:з」∠)_
