Buying merch online... not a good idea after all :(

So, I know that this community is about asking questions and receiving answers, and i do have 2 questions, but this time it's also about a warning:

* So, I love ARASHI and finally decided to take the dangerous jump to buy ARASHI headphones online on the jegoods.com ... ... turns out, it was a WRONG MOVE.

after paying ¥4,505 (around 35Euros or 40$) I have received, guess what? NOTHING!

it has been almost 2 months since I made the purchase, and because I have made other purchases from Rakuten.com (the japanese online store equivalent to Amazon) and received what I paid for after 2 weeks, i must say i waited patiently for nearly 2 months to receive my ARASHI merch.

I've left 2 emails and 1 message in the website chat, plus I left another message on the facebook page... of course, I got no answer from whoever runs the online store.

So, i guess my question is:

-> Has anyone bought anything from jegoods.com and received their purchase OR has anybody bought stuff and NEVER got what they paid for?

and also,

-> Has anybody got a another alternative to jegoods.com? because i haven't lost the dream of having the ARASHI headphones, i'm just too scared to buy anything at this store in particular.
