5x20 concert tickets

Hi, everyone! Happy New Year! :) It's 2019, and I think many of us would like to join Arashi in celebrating their 20th anniversary by attending one of their 5x20 concerts. I'm so glad they have concert dates up till the end of this year so we have ample time to plan :)) Anyway, just wanted to ask some questions with regard to this.

1. Does anyone know if it's still safe to buy resell tickets? I checked ticket.co.jp and saw some tickets up, but I read before there have been changes in the way Johnny's handles the ticketing now (e.g. electronic tickets instead of mailed ones). Any insights on this?

2. In case it's not, I'm thinking if I should try and join the FC as an international fan (I read a thread where they used a Tenso address and just paid via ATM in Japan. I have confirmed flight tickets to Japan for April so maybe I can do that by then if ever). Has anyone had this experience? I know the chances of hitting a ticket is not very good given the number of FC members, but I still want to know in case this can be an alternative? Also, if I'm targetting one of the Nov/Dec venues, what is the timeline for balloting/paying (assuming I hit a ticket)?

I really really really want to make it to one of the concerts by yearend so I hope you can share some info you know. Thanks a lot in advance and I hope this year goes well for all of you~ :)
