Arashi 5x20 Concert Info

Hello everyone

Just want to ask more info 5x20 concert, more specifically the balloting period? I can't seem to find info about it. I tried to read comments from the last 5x20 post but the comment about balloting period has been deleted. My FC expired last year and planning to renew this year for the tour. Not sure if i can still make it. Thank you.
