Change of address and handphone number via Johnny’s net

Hi hi, I have joined the Arashi fan club using my friend’s handphone number and address in Japan. Recently she has moved and changed her handphone number. Does anyone know how to update one’s address and handphone number via Johnny’s net? Or is there other ways to update the address?
From the Johnny’s net, I read that we need to change our password before we can change our address. When changing our password, a pin code will be sent to the registered handphone number. Since my friend has also change her handphone number, I can’t change my password, let alone the address. Can anyone help on this. Thanks in advance!!!
