Would anybody know how long it takes to process a change of address in the jfc? And how long it takes to process a reprint of the fc card?
I joined the fc about a year ago and used the address of my uncle in japan so all of the newsletters and things get sent to him. I balloted for exhibition journey and luckily hit for the end of march (this is my 3rd try!). Thing is, he has my fc card at his house and he might not return to japan until april. My plan B would be to change my address to Tenso then get a reprint of the fc card (which should be sent to my tenso address). I'm so desperate and in need of help. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time!
