Kisarazu Cat's Eye World Series is premiering in Japan on 10/28 as you may know, but it's also been revealed that the theme song of the movie ('Seaside Bye-bye'), which is a collaboration between the 5 actors (Tsukamoto Takashi, Sakurai Sho, Okada Junnichi, Okada Yoshinori, Sato Ryuta) and KICK THE CAN CREW, which will be released on 10/25.
Okada said to the press "With these five, I think we can evolve the Cats. It's a profound (film). Maybe we can appear on stage as a singing unit?"
Sakurai Sho proudly stated that, "When I think of this as the end, I have mixed feelings of happiness and sadness. Filming started from early morning and continued into late night, and also all the other members were loud guys but I was fun being with them."
Also, Sato Ryuta said, "I want to do a live with the 6 of us!"

I wonder what this song is going to sound like. Then again, whatever it is it's probably going to be bangin'.

Date: 2006-09-10 04:14 pm (UTC)i hope, i hope, i hope that this movie is shown in melbourne. the 1st movie was shown at the melbourne international film festival 2 years ago and coz it did well, it was released on dvd here (without the specials =( )
i saw the movie before the drama and i think it'll be sad when the movie is done. i dont want it to end either -_-
