Question about Aozaora Pedaru CD

arashi_onI bought the Aozora CD with th DVD awhile ago.
But I never watched it because I don't have a regional DVD Player. Can some one tell me how I can watch it without one?
But Anyways, I was mainly wanting to know if the DVD icluded the Making of' or just the PV?
