Clubbox Question

Technical question for anyone who uses clubbox:

How does one go about leaving a private memo? I (sadly) do not read a word of Korean, so I am sort of puzzled.

Reason for the question: Gachapin Box now requires this added security measure to download Arashi files.

If anyone can enlighten me (with instructions fit for dummies ^^;;), I'd be very grateful!

If you are logged you can see the box memo thing. you click on it and you'll have a box where to write you request. It's simple I can't even read a single word of Korean but I got successful at my first attempt :D

Found it!
I was confused for awhile because I wasn't sure if it was the textbox that was already there, or whether I had to click something else to get the box.

You just have to log in, and then on the left side there's a thing that says, "BOX MEMO" click it and leave your message. :O

I left a message there. She said she would approve immediately, but I still don't see any of the Arashi files. Anyone successful in doing that?
