NEW LAYOUT, LADIES.


now you know why i was dogging you all for a particular scan. we were going to do a contest thing, but that sucks and requires yao and i to not be laying in my bed constantly eating cheetos and watching bad dramas. so i made it myself. and i worked hard on it, so don't bitch! it doesn't have a crazy image map that highlights with hearts and stars when you mouse over, but it's colorful and streamlined, and streamlined is SEXY. don't you forget it. it's coded to work with ie and firefox, but i know for a fact it looks like shit in safari, so you mac users can suck it or something, because there's nothing i can do about it.


oh, and in case you don't know me, hay guyzzzz! i'm veronica, the new mod. in case you do know me (and probably hate me), shut up, you knew it was gonna happen eventually. ;) add me. i'm hilarious.

Dang, the hanging door beads effect makes me cry with envy!! But YAY makes the image pop more (and I really like the Arashialljumbledtogether image). Not that my opinion matters to the fate of the world, but as member, I toss flowers and champagne at you for nice work. Well, maybe not the champagne, cuz I'll drink that myself....

Oh, I'm harsh not going to bitch about it. Unless you guys want me to help fix the header image so it looks smoother. I can't help with coding (lol, suck it, Safari!) but right now you pwned me because I can't even make S1 ANYTHING.

if you want to save the header gif and tweak it you're more than welcome. that was the highest quality scan i could find, because i totally janked it from some girl's wallpaper, but on my huge and high res monitor, it looks really good. when i switched over to 1024 i noticed that it was nasty looking, but i didn't really care enough to do anything about it because it should act as an incentive to get higher res monitors! so do whatever you want to it, i don't care, it'll look good for me no matter what, LOL.

I checked it out on Firefox and it looks nice. But you worked so hard and the scan you used is all faded like Matsujun's jeans. If you want, i can fix arashi up to look as nice as their background... or not if you don't ..

yeah, yao uses safari also, and when we checked it on her ibook, it looked horrid for no reason. safari for some reason will not recognize half of the code used in LJ layouts, because we tested other layouts with it and it always messes up (a_ra_shi's was completely destroyed). so i know it's not the code, just the browser, unfortunately. D: that's what you get for using a stupid mac! ...i kid, i kid. but if you want to tweak the header, you're more than welcome to. on my (admittedly suuuper high quality)resolution it looks very sharp and perfect, but on lower resolutions it probably looks like shit. i tried to find a happy medium, but if you want to contribute, don't hesitate! <3
