And just my two cents, I don't think it's solely black and white. Maybe the color scheme is just somber, or they adjusted the tone of the whole video to be a bit more understated. Which I don't understand, since it's for Uta no Oniisan. But oh well, Ohno looks cute, and I'm good with that :D
