 I noticed that during HnA
 Arashi would always be touching a card on the glass table...
 all of them have it including the guest.
 Does anyone know what is that for?

It's probably a note card - telling them what to say, etc.

I'm guessing here but it's probably their cue cards. Just the main points to go over during the show. Since you know, they sometimes have those in AnS too.

it probably includes the script too, since most of this stuff is scripted? Other than that I agree with what everyone says.. cue cards. (:
