Wow, an update here~.
Just wanted to share a bit of news mentioned in the Johnnys Cafe yahoo group:

"During this last session of concerts, Arashi also annoucmend 2
important good news. Firstly, it's regarding their movie [PIKA * NCHI]. As the movie attracted 10 0000 audience last autumn, they will be filming the 2nd part of it. The theme will still be based on Inohara and this new movie is expected to be screened in next spring. Arashi also only got to know this piece of news
before the start of the concert, therefore all of them were pretty shocked. In the 2nd movie, there will also be shocking plots appearing. In the first movie, Sho acted as a "hooligan" but in the 2nd movie, he will be becoming a father! Sho himself was also surprised by this and said, "It has not been a year since
the screening of the previous movie. But the story for the 2nd movie is actually 5 years later! However, I'm still not sure about the details."
