What Arashi goods there are in Johnny's Shop?

just a question i need to know...

a friend of mine is in japan and i asked her to get me some things from the johnny's shop in harajuku.
but i don't know what is being sold there. so i would need some information!

most importantly, i need to know if they are selling Arashi's newest photobook. the 10th year one.
please help me!

That photobook is a unofficial one, so no they would not have it. They don't carry the regular photobooks, either.

Mostly, they only sell the shop photos as well as goods that are overstock from concerts. I remember when I was there they were selling the red/black 3104 yen hats and t-shirts as well as some promo items from just after ONE released. They also carry surplus uchiwas.

If you're looking for goods like photobooks, the best place is Kinokuniya. Other items can be found all over the unofficial idol shops in Harajuku and in the Mandarake's in Ikebukero.

autographs? No, and if you find one it's probably fake. Johnny's usually almost NEVER sign autographs.

The unofffical shops sometimes sell signed boards and balls from the concerts.

The two Pikanchi ones, the Kiiroi Namida one, and Arashi Is Alive. I'm not sure if there are any others but those are the big ones.

I think I`ve been to that shop. They sold single photos, posters, keychains, fans, and stickers. Wall-to-wall photos. Tell your friend to go looking in bookstores for the photo book if she can`t find it at the Johnny`s Shop. They either stick the photo books where the Johnny`s magazines are sold or in a separate photobook section if the store`s large enough.

Thanks for the information ^^ my friend stays in akasaka mitsuke. any bookstores there that might sell Arashi's things? and i think i'll need the address too >.< cause she's leaving on saturday so she doesn't have much time >.<

if you're looking for photobooks (official and unofficial) amazon.co.jp has most of it. there are even some that can be delivered within 24 hrs (the ones they have on stock). just search for arashi under japanese books. the price of course will be the publisher's price and your friend should have an address where it can be delivered (usually 3 day delivery for free if it's on stock, 24 hours you have to pay extra, could be about 340 yen per book).

sometimes you can also get cds and dvds in book off. but since arashi has been so popular lately, i have never seen their albums in the 500 yen pile at my local book off. but there's no harm in trying, after all there's a book off in almost every station in tokyo.

I checked wikipedia, and that seems to be it ^^
Anyway, I bought the new photobook (Arashi no 10 nen), and it was all paparazzi picz (lots of pics of Ohno wearing big hats XD)

Of that list, Big Wave is the only unofficial one - all otakara photobooks are unofficial, and are almost entirely paparazzi pics.

I went to the Harajuku Johnnys shop and they had the official goods (mini uchiwa, ticket holder, photo album, photos from various things), year calendar, and AAA pelights.

For sign boards (you would be looking to spend like $1000 for one) they can be found in the unofficial shops (like there's one on the not-omotesando side of takeshita above a lingerer shop.) also you can find old promo goods, dvds, uchiwa, fc pamphlets, and all that good stuff in those shops. There are a few that I frequent, but idk the names of them.

People have already explained what stuff is sold at the Johnny's shops, but if you go to this page (http://www.johnnys-net.jp/j/jshop/jshop.html) on the official site, they'll usually show you photos of the official goods (not including the photo prints or concert overstock). Right now it looks like they might be in the middle of changing things up, because there's almost nothing listed on most of the group pages.

When I was there two weeks ago all they had was the photos, AAA-penlight and the calendar. No uchiwas (all probably sold out) and since they didn't have any photo or ticket holders or mini uchiwas anymore I think that they will make new ones soon, with the 10th anniversary and all. Besides the stuff they had before was over a year old. So when you actually check the homepage there won't be any goods shown i you click on Arashi, except for the general penlight.

if you wanna get unofficial photobooks , you would have to get it in kinokuniya bookstores
in harajuku there are alot of unofficial shops that sell JE stuffs , you should check that out too
