YesAsia has higher prices because it's based out of Hong Kong and it has to do its own shipping from Japan. But worldwide shipping for items over a certain price (usually a fairly low price considering how expensive items are) is free, so it about evens out.

That's my understanding, at least. This is the first time I've ordered something from CDJapan, and the shipping cost just about made me cry, haha.

I just pre-ordered one at Yesasia too! Since they offer free shipping, the total comes to roughly the same as CDJapan. This is actually my first Arashi Album I've ever purchased. I feel I need to buy one since it's their 10 year Anniversary. hehe~~ =D

Does anyone know if there will be First Press Limited Editions of this album for other countries like Korea or Hong Kong? (has it happened in the past?) Because they're so much cheaper than the Japanese version! So if that's the case, I'll be waiting for those ones instead.

like with the aaa2008 with the japan version at $60+ but hk and korea version only around $30?
i really hope so this time around!
i bought my dal le japan version and a month (?) or so later, the hk came out and it was half the price!!
i guess if you have the money but not the patience, go for japan version
but if willing to be patient coz you don't have the $$, wait around for other versions (and hope they really will be available in the future!).
i'm also still contemplating how to go about this one..

Okay, I think knowing what you've just told me, I'm going to try and wait for the other version (I'm just hoping they do the third cd with the booklet. I think they will then since you said they had the le for Dream Alive). I already have most of the songs on this album anyway (save for about 5 songs). So it's not like it's ultra new to me. Yay! Just pre-ordered the cd*-* I'm so~ happy, this is my first Arashi cd. And to be honest I wanted to buy LE on cdjapan but I haven't thought it would be available so fast :o Four hours after I read the news I thought I whould check the site just in case and it was already marked "Out of Print";_; So when I saw yesasia link I didn't waist any second. I really hope Arashi will sell huge with this compilation:D

I just spent the past hour (easily) trying to pre-order from YesAsia. I kept getting an error saying they couldn't ship to my country (The US). Then when I went to the main page it said "This item is temporarily not for sale"...I guess that means it's out of stock?
I guess I'll just have to stalk Amazon now. =_=

I had the exact same problem! I'm also from the US and I keep on getting the message that they cannot ship the cd here, which is ridiculous since I've bought a ton of items from them before with no problem. But when I go back to the main page, it doesn't seem like the Arashi cd is sold out yet since they still have the preorder option for it.

Amazon sells arashi cds? Seriously?
