[MOD] re: Ticket Balloting + Rules Reminder

Just a quick note to everyone that if you are looking for someone to ballot for tickets to any of Arashi's upcoming concerts, please refrain from posting here and head over to je_sales instead, as it essentially counts as a sales transaction between fans and does not belong in this community.

As well, since this always bears repeating, please read the rules before making a post, or at the very least, read it after you find your post gone. It's not very long compared to some communities, and the rules were not instituted without reason; everything is stated clearly and simply, and again, if you need to reach a mod for any reason, contact details are always available for you on the same page. (please note, though, that my LJ inbox has been wonky lately about sending me PM notifications, so if you need to get in touch with me I would suggest emailing instead.)

One last thing: all requests must be made to this post. No exceptions. I have seen lots of requests being posted to the community recently, usually alongside a question, and I do realize how I deal with them may seem arbitrary for some. Just to clarify, asking questions about where a scan is from or the title/show/date/etc. of an online clip is fine; it's when you also ask for where you can find them, however, that it crosses the line from being a question to a request, and will be deleted from the community.
