V no Arashi

So I'm in the process of downloading a raw version of V no Arashi and I was wondering if anybody ever picked it up to sub in English? And if not, does anybody know where I can find Chinese subs?

There's a chinese hardsubbed RM version up at Arashi Clubhouse but like most things people ask about in all the arashi communities, it doesn't have english subs.

Ahh, darnit. Usually hardsubs are awesome but not when you're on a bandwidth cap. =____=
I didn't think it'd have English subs, but it was worth a stab. I heard that somebody picked up either Pikanchi or Pikanchi Double, do you know if that's true?
