They were written by Arashi. Mostly by Nino I'd presume as he's the song writer of the group and the rap lyrics will have been written by Sho.

Sho wrote the rap parts..
and Nino wrote the singing parts..
but they collected the words from the other members too..

so basically it's a completely original Arashi song (^^ )

Yup. As others have said, basically everyone sent their ideas to Nino, and he put the lyrics together. And I also read that Nino and Sho sort of worked together, since Sho, of course, wrote the rap lyrics. ^^

The first time I knew the meaning of the lyrics, I was cry. It was so touch. It's remind me of MatsuJun's solo in How is going. Their relationship is so strong. I can't be the part of 10th years celebration with them. But I wish I could made it for the next 15th anniversary. Arashi Fighting.
