Help: Subbing team staff

To all mao and jun shippers out there, we are opening a subbing team community. We need translators, QC, and editors especially editors. If you are interested, please e-mail me. andzzz10@yahoo.com. Thank you so much! We are planning to sub the sept. 17 episode of HnA. Please we can make this happen. Thank you.

We are concentrating on maojun videos but we can sub arashi shows too.

And if you have any suggestions for the name of the community, please tell me your suggestions.

But I have no experience in any of the categories... I've just only recently started learning Japanese (today was my second class and we're memorizing the hiragana)

What does QC do? lol editors are just editing grammars, punctuations and stuff right? To make sure the translations makes sense and in order?

editors and qc doesn't require one to understand Japanese right?
If it is so, then can I apply as editor/qc?!.. but i don't have any experience at all. I'm just another person who knows English pretty well.
