Questions regarding the mini radish kit from 5x10 concert

I just bought mini radish kit from their recent concerts..

and there's like small card written in Japanese..

I'm not sure what it is (cause i cant read japanese), but i guess that it maybe some kind of instructions on how to handle the radish..
it comes with seeds (i'm not sure what seeds it is) and fertilizer (i guess)..

If somebody had bought it too and know what and how to take care of it, can u tell me..??
I need somebody to translate it..T___T craziikino  had kindly translated it..THANK U SOOO MUCH !!!

Perhaps you can take a picture of the card so even people who has not bought it can translate the instructions for you?

It sounds interesting to grow your own radish though. ^^
