Hey everyone, I have a question about HMV and their sale of Arashi's All the Best! 1999-2009 LE CDs. So my friend and I have been waiting for a while, and when they finally set a date to ship it, we were pretty excited about it. Then, we saw its status change to shipped... but now, for some reason, it says it's been deleted. See this for what it says. Does anyone have any help as to what this means?

Was there some news about it? Is there something wrong with the CDs? Thanks for any and all of your help, as this has led to mass confusion on our part.

Apparently, they just said it was out of stock. Huh. Weird. Well, they shipped it already (got the confirmation e-mail), so maybe it was just HMV being weird.

Uhm, I just bought from HMV once before, to buy Arashi and NEWS calendars... And they got wrong from the beggining the shipping costs for them. It finally came out that it was MORE expensive than they told me at first, and I ended up paying it, because the calendars where already sold out everywhere else! >_<

Since that happened it never crossed my mind again the idea of buying from them.

Uhm... It's the first time I see an availability status marked as "deleted"...

If you and your friend made the preorder of the album, HMV should have notified you through email in case they ran out of CD's as to supply all the preorders, in order to let you know the situation...

So, if they didn't contact you, I think your copies should arrive your home soon.
Anyway, the best way to find out what happened is contacting directly with HMV staff. I'm pretty sure they'll be glad to explain everything you wanna know ^_____^

Oh I ordered it too and I e-mailed them to ask them re: the change in release date. Their reply:

The change of release date is the decision of record company. Please contact AVEX Hong Kong for why such decision is made. Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as stocks arrive.

Idk, that may not apply to yours, cause this is about the HK edition. Hope it helps anyway, and I think the deleted status is just because it's been all ordered out (like for all the other All The Best! CDs.)

Thanks! I got the same version. I'll call them anyways, just to check... D: Agh HK people don't open their customer service lines until 9:30. Guess that means more waiting for me.
