Cyzo, <Why at this late date!?  Behind suing Publish company by Arashi and Kat-tun> Total 11 members of Arashi and Kat-tun sued R’s publish company. They demand 170M yen as the compensation for damage and interdiction of sales and publishing of books as they breached their publicity rights due to publishing books with unauthorized photos. Right from the start, publicity rights is the right to exclusive the economical value from portrait. 2 cases of publicity right happened before, Pink Lady photo on “Josei Jishin” and Yuka, Morning Musume and other 15 female talent on “Bubuka Special 7.” R’s publishing is established 1999 and publishes business books, how to-books and entertainment books. The serial called “Reco Book” started from 2003 with Ken Hirai till now, 54 books published. More than half, 40 books are on Johnny’s talent. Books closed up this time are only 12 among 40. Johnny’s talent side says “Each books must be sold at least 100,000” they calculated the compensation for damage figure. We interviewed directly R’s publishing. “First printed copies sold roughly 10K to 20K, it is included the books sold only 6,000 copies among 12 books. There’s no book sold over 100,000. A: Hum, Well recently I started painting. As I wanted huge one. Well, bought 8 boards. Then I brought them to my room and joined them, then joined boards, on that, err. Is it drawing paper, you say? Well, pasted offhand drawing paper of sketch book on it. And started painting on it. Previously I have done just drawing with fine pen. And this time I think to finish with fine pen first then color on it. So I have no idea what is going to happen. I have no limit too. Ho ho ho really. Well within this year I wanna complete to draw with fine pen before coloring. Anyway I enjoy drawing. It’s alter long time too, yep. Oh! What it was. Don’t get hungry? Well, me, while I paint I don’t eat. I didn’t eat whole day when I notice, yep. Surprisingly I like to be stoic, yep. So I don’t have anything in my fridge. Coffee, pineapple juice and a bit of cheese that all. I don’t dislike myself who paint picking these foods.

I was happy to attend with him./ Q: Do you make noise when you are surprised. A: Yes. It comes out. At haunted house my voice comes out a lot. Leader hardly make noises./ The toilet, A: My toilette plays music. C: what plays? A: It is “For Elese.” Actually it might have more features because there’re several buttons to operate. I’ve actually never touched. I will check it. / order of bills in wallet, A: I use current brown colored one already for 2-3 years. It’s time to change, I think. I actually feel uneasy about direction of bills. When I clean up my receipt I make bills in order. / A: Yeah “My girl” theme song by Arashi. C: then what is title? A: just straightly, “My girl.” I hope I can play it soon.
