question about radio

Hello everyone , I'm not sure wether I'm allowed to post :(

 I want to ask all friends who are able to record arashi's ( and other JE bands ) radio programmes : how can you guys do that ? just by normal radio or any internet methods. ( so far I only know how to find Hey! Say! JUMP radio programme )

to listen I'm using PeerCast combine with Winamp..usually when listening to Aiba-chan Rekomen Arashi Remix..for Oh-chan Arashi Discovery, MatsuJun Jun Style & Kazu BayStorm, I'm using KeyHole..but to record..I dont know..isn't there like a Sound Recorder software in every Window OS?? you can try it..or maybe you can try download another sound recorder software from the internet?? just a suggestion..
