First things first, i'd like to welcome [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] as a new mod because all the current mods don't live on the internet as much as we used to aka can't bring you sweet files so we're adding in someone who can help us do stuff.
Anyway now onto the awesomeness: maybe you guys have read like, translations of korean reports or something shady like that but here's my concert write-up:
So, [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] is the luckiest, and also the most generous girl in the world and got arena seats to the 7/22 yokohama show. FYI the 7/22 show is the only Yokohama showing that has only one performance in a day which could mean that that's the show they're recording but definitely means that that'll be the show they go all out for because they won't be mad tired. Anyway, Yokohama is about an hour away from where I am but we got there around 3 so we could line up in order to be systematically released into the goods area aka the elbow as many people out of your way so you can maybe buy something. I like the design this year, a lot more exciting than last year's plain black and white design. Well, when I was waiting in line I made an uchiwa, because this time around Arashi can actually see it lol.
Marvel at my last minute skills:
It says "Oh"(as in Ohno) on the front and "America ♡ Arashi" on the back.

Here are the things I bought for myself and for other people.

Like I said, I think the goods this time are better than the ONE goods.
Just a side story: can I talk about how Arashi fans in Japan are so busted looking? They're either gyarus wearing lacy, pastel dresses with ayumi hamasaki hair or they look like that girl that had no friends in high school. I did see three gothic lolitas. How are you going to be gothic lolita and like Arashi? That's like wearing head to toe Hot Topic gauze and openly loving on N*Sync.
Also, there was this really fugly and also fat girl who had a brown bag FULL OF ARASHI POSTERS. Can I be real here you don't need like 50 for you and your friends. I bet you it was one of those people who run those sites that sell you JE goods for 7X the price.
But I digress: so [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] and I are smart because fan club tickets have reserved seats so we sat around and chilled when everyone else was lining up just to get inside and wait some more. When we finally went in after everyone cleared out I bumped into [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] and her friend who I'm sure also has a LJ.
The concert started around 6 or so, and like every concert, the lights go out and all the girls go crazy. So Arashi comes out of some dry ice smoke and begin with Kitto Daijoubu. You could pretty much tell everyone was really into it and they were wearing these pink (velvet?) suits and dancing fantastically. Then they went into the c/w of Aozora Pedal, Kiss Kara Hajimeyou. It sounded absolutely fantastic, but then again when I heard W/ME in concert last year I thought it was a good song too loll. Next, they did Sakura Sake. They brought back the moving stage and they also have these smaller little mini moving stages so basically all the members were ridiculously close to where we were. I'm 5'7 which is gigantissimo on Japanese standards PLUS I had my obnoxiously bright handmade uchiwa and i basically jumped up and down like and idiot when Ohno passed by and he waved over at us. That was pretty much the awesomest part of the concert.
I'm sort of stealing the order of songs from [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]'s report because I'm horrible at remembering what order everything was sung. They did lucky man, hadashi no mirai and during Caramel Song Nino yelled "MACHIGETA" (You're wrong!) instead of Sayonara which made everyone freak out. They seriously out-slicked themselves at this concert with frequent yells of DANCE! or FOLLOW US! in the super masculine command form of Japanese, which normally I don't tolerate but in this context it was pretty much the hottest thing ever.
They brought back some songs from ONE, like Itsuka no Summer, which was awesome because it was a duet with Aiba singing and Sho rapping an original rap to it.
Carnival Night Part 2 was awesome because they came out in the hottest fashion clothes ever. Sho was wearing day glo pant and nino was wearing red pants with suspenders and a sassy hat. This concert has definitely made me like ARASHIC a lot more because I totally didn't think it was that good when I first heard it.
The MC was mostly about what projects everyone is doing, which really makes you sit back and think, damn they are busy boys. Sho has Hachikuro, which opened that day but I'm not sure if I want to shell out $15 to see in a Japanese theater, Jun has Bokuimo, which they cracked a lot of jokes about. Aiba has an upcoming drama role, Nino has his WWII flick, and Ohno was so silent that they were like, Leader, Talk!! They cracked on Sho because his nipples were really hard during some photo shoot and he kept on vehemently denying it. I don't know if they said this in the first MC or not but they asked if Sho's sister looks like him (in re Bokuimo) and he was like yeah, we look a lot alike (it's true! she's a Seventeen model of something and she's pretty much Sho2) and he told a story when both him and her were like dancing or something and they were making the exact same face.
Of course, OMSK came back. During the MC they said to pay attention to the preview of Hachimitsu and Clover to see a 'surprise cameo' and it was basically just OMSK being where they shouldn't be. Nino and Ohno came out but at first they came out in silvery Naruto-like outfits and danced onstage with a bunch of monks to some music but then took off their outer costumes to reveal the SK costume. Ohno put on his headband upside down and the feather was in his face most of the time. At the end they had a bazooka and fired it.........backwards. This description does not do OMSK justice.
After that was an awesome section called Ura Arashi. Fans apparently sent in questions that they answer onstage. The first one (and all of them imho) was pretty dumb and a standard Myojo question that I know for a fact that they've answered 923809238209382 times but they made the most of it and managed to make it not boring. The question was which would you prefer: your girlfriend in a yukata at a fireworks festival or in a swimsuit by the sea. Everyone preferred fireworks because they're more fun but they also want to see hot ladiez in bikinis. Sho was particularly indecisive so at last I think Nino was like "which makes your nipples harder?" lolololol.
The second question was "how would you tell your girlfriend nicely that she has a nose hair sticking out of her nose?" Again, another old meme question but they did a skit for this. First was Sho as the boy and Jun as the girl and I must say Jun is so good at pretending to be a girl. Sho sucks at non-academic things so he basically was like, "hey baby you got a mirror? no not for me for you." and that basically made Jun be all like "OH NO A NOSE HAIR WAHHHHHHHH I'M GOING HOME." Next was Nino and Ohno as the girl. I don't even know why they made it a contest because OMSK is definitely going to win. Nino fooled around by saying "hey baby you're growing a 'stache?" and ohno was like "how could I? I'm a GIRL" (ohno did have chin hair). Finally he was just like, "what is that a nose hair?" and pulled it out but the skit ended with them being all like "ONE NOSE HAIR TWO NOSE HAIRS THREE NOSE HAIRS LOLOLOLLLLLLLLLLL" and everyone else was like "wtf why are you guys happy about that?"
They then performed Aozora Pedal, which is a really nice, nostalgic slow song. I'm looking forward to the single release. They then did most of the album songs. Now, you know how 5 songs on the album are "solo themed"? Well basically what would happen is that one member would come out first and sing the first part and then one or two others would join in, etc. One or two members would leave before the song was over to change so they could come out in a bit to do their own song. I don't know if I'm just imagining it but there were so many costume changes in this concert. The "solos" i can still remember are Ohno's Ready to Fly where he came out first and did his awesome dancing and then had this thing where there was back and forth dancing between him and the rest of the members. Jun's I Want Somebody was lol because he came out in the middle of the stadium with a gigantic dry ice shooting bazooka (the one that omsk uses later) in army gear and basically rolled around on the ground seductively looking into the camera. That was when I was like, okay, this has got to be filmed because he's ignoring everyone around him to make love to the camera.
Now, let me tell you about the best performance in the entire concert. It was definitely COOL&SOUL. From what I understand, this is supposed to replace La Tormenta. They start with a VTR of them answering questions and then they appear on stage sitting behind a table with mics in a bored fashion. They take turns rapping and basically perform the entire song from the table which changing their sitting positions and standing up on the table etc.
They did Runaway Train, Silver Ring, and NA!NA!NA!, which was surprising because I thought they would do Harukaze Sneaker but they didn't.
Okay so maybe the rest of the concert was a blur of awesome, but they did Kotoba yori mo taisetsu na mono, Eyes with Delight, and Kansha Kangeki Arashi. I forgot what song they "ended" on (I think Wish?) but after they left the stage everyone started yelling A-RA-SHI even though i mistakenly started to chant EN-COR-E. So they came back really quickly and did the Fight Song. Sho forgot his part and "HEY!HEY!HEY'd" through it. They did A.Ra.Shi. and Pikanchi Double. Then they left again, which would normally be the end of the concert but everyone knew what was up and chanted A-RA-SHI again and they came out for the ubiquitous second encore. They said some thanks about how Yokohama really feels like home to them and how passionate we all were and then did Typhoon Generation.
And then....it was over.
Overall, I'm really pleased, it definitely was better than ONE. I don't know if this is better than Iza, Now, but it's definitely close to it. They actually sang live and sho's rapping has definitely leveled up. I highly recommend downloading a shady chinese fancam if it pops up on clubboxes. Did anyone else go? Wow this was entirely tl;dr
