Am currently seeking for Ohno's mailing address as I want to post a gift to him. So, is there any of you that has his mailing address, (no matter whether it's home or company address)? And I would love to know if there is any of you that had once post anything to Arashi members :))

if i'm not mistaken..you cannot send gits to them..as Johnny will throw it away or return to you back.I have read it somewhere..

It's forbidden to send gifts to any Johnny's talents, nor can you leave any of your contact details on your mail as well. This is what I've heard.

I had hope just because my friends who are a lot into j-rock said it's possible to give gift to the singers but actually it's a totally different world from Johnny's ^^"

You cant send gifts but you can send Oh-chan good luck messages or a short note to him via Johnny's Jimusho.

Like everyone else said you can send notes and letter buy you can't send gifts because... well, I dunno I'd like to know that myself (in case of voodoo? HAHA :T)

And since you're asking about experiences in sending letters. I sent a letter to Sho. Twice. I just spouted some random things (like telling him to stop smoking LOL) that I'd rather not say here but er. I don't know if it got to him or not (even though a few days ago my kinda awesome empathic intuition acted up a little).

I know in some countries (not sure in Japan), you have to declare tax on goods/gifts received.

Hence in order to avoid getting in trouble with the tax authorities over tax not declared on benefits-in-kind received, JE forbid their talent from accepting them. [its my guess so feel free to correct me.]

It would be funny if he didn't smoke and you just accused him big time. ^_^;;

Sho's a smart guy. Even if he's had a puff before, I doubt he'd let it become an addiction. Besides, he's in the limelight quite often - for him to have never been caught smoking backstage (unlike Nino and apparently Jun) is a huge feat.

Personally, I'd be more concerned about his alcohol consumption...

That's why you always see old paparazzi pictures of chibi arashi (or other johnny's) with tons of presents and cards in their hands with teenage girls trailing behind
I'm not sure if Arashi even has the time to read fanmail these days but at least Yamapi does...

gifts are not allowed. can you imagine if there's a freak fans send them poisonous gift like TVXQ fans did several years ago? I wouldn't want anything harmful happen to our boys.

but if you want high expectation to any JE boys reply to your fanletter, you have to provide them with the postcard with your own questions for them and also the stamp back. they just have to answer your question then in the postcard and send it back.

my friend got several replies from Ohchan when arashi was just debuted. Hope that help.

ah i forgot, make your fanmail as cute as ever. check any fanmail that is read in shounen club as reccomendation. japanese loves cute stuffs.
