Holiday KTV has significantly more arashi songs that Party World KTV so I'd go there. Hope this helps!

I am pretty sure there are Japanese-themed KTVs somewhere in Taipei, I just have no idea where they are. In some post long ago, maybe?...Sorry, I'm no help at all. xD
