umm....i don't think there are stores selling arashi goods....(I'm from Philippines), but there are shops in multiply that might help you buy some arashi goods, btw these are some shops that i know that sells JE goods...this is where i usually buy my arashi goods:

umm.. actually, there's no specific store in the Phil. where you can find the goods..
mostly, you can do it through online..
