[MOD] New layout

As the subject heading says, I've put up the new layout!

I hope it's up to everyone's expectations, and if there are any bugs or problems, feel free to let me know. I'm not very html-savvy, but I'll try my best to fix it.

Anyway, I'll be tackling the tags next, so look forward to that as well. :)

Following this post, I've got a rough list of tags up and running, which you can see for yourself in the sidebar of the community layout. It's not set in stone yet and may be subject to massive changes in the near future, so feel free to look it over and offer suggestions or point out things you think should be included :)

In the meantime, I'm going to get started on a new list of rules/guidelines for this community. Here are some things that others have already brought up, which I will be incorporating into the rules:

- Crossposting; offer a list of other more relevant communities
- Sales posts; direct to sales comms, possible restrictions or even ban

As you can see, the list is very short but I'm sure a lot of people have things they'd like to see changed around here. This is your opportunity to make yourself heard, so don't be afraid to speak up!

[MOD] Rules/Userinfo update

Hopefully this will be the last mod post you'll see from me in a while. XD

To put it simply, I redid the userinfo and put up a new set of rules for the community. It might seem tl;dr, and you don't have to read through the whole thing if you don't want to-- just don't come whining to us if your post gets deleted because you failed to read the rules. :)

As per usual, it's subject to change depending on suggestions from the community members and of course the other mods. I probably left out a bunch of things anyway, so please let me know if I forgot anything important!
