[MOD] Rules/Userinfo update

Hopefully this will be the last mod post you'll see from me in a while. XD

To put it simply, I redid the userinfo and put up a new set of rules for the community. It might seem tl;dr, and you don't have to read through the whole thing if you don't want to-- just don't come whining to us if your post gets deleted because you failed to read the rules. :)

As per usual, it's subject to change depending on suggestions from the community members and of course the other mods. I probably left out a bunch of things anyway, so please let me know if I forgot anything important!

Think before you post. It's okay to post something potentially inflammatory as long as you are aware of what you're doing and will be able to handle the consequences

Addendum: I always meant to but never got the chance to add little blurbs for the other two mods (seraphik, although i think she's on a break right now and also arrowofpain.) I'll go ask arrowofpain to add something about herself

Yeah, I wasn't too sure what to say about them two since I haven't seen them around recently. Is everything else okay, though? I used "we" a lot but I haven't exactly run the rules past you or Veronica yet.

I like the new userinfo (I already LOVED that part about Arashi being an underground unit making experimental music), and the rules seem clear.

So what is this community for? Discussions? Sharing things? What?
