Arashi concert tickets for international fans

My friend who is an Arashi fan as well, and I, made a pact that one day we will go to an Arashi concert! That was many years ago when we were still students without a job.
It was just last year during Christmas that we talked about it, since we are now adults and earning our own living. Looks like we will have to try very very hard and work towards our goal, now that Arashi is going on hiatus in 2020.
i would like to ask, is it possible to buy resell tickets as an International fan and how to get it? I am not in Japan and neither do I know any fan with a Japanese address who is willing to sponsor me, so the only possibility is going on the resell route. I am not literate in the Japanese language as well.

Can anyone give some advice? I would really like to make our youth dream come true.
