The story centers around the employees of a legal document firm. Tamura Katsuhiro is a young man with a strong sense of justice. Although he believes that the law isn't always right, he becomes an administrative scrivener with the goal of manipulating the law in order to protect the weak. On the other hand, Sumiyoshi Misuzu, a former delinquent who hates to lose and who is now a capable scrivener. Katsuhiro and Misuzu are always at odds, but they gradually come to understand each other.
La historia gira en torno a los empleados de un Estudio Jurídico Notarial. Tamura Katsuhiro es un hombre joven con un fuerte sentido de la justicia. Aunque cree que la ley no siempre tiene la razón, se convierte en notario administrativo con el objetivo de manipular la ley a fin de proteger a los débiles. Por otro lado, tenemos a Sumiyoshi Misuzu, una ex-delincuente que odia perder y que, en la actualidad, es una escribana capaz. Katsuhiro y Misuzu siempre tienen ideas opuestas, pero lentamente comienzan a ponerse de acuerdo.
