As he applied starting business by himself so he wanted to cheer them. But day by day they lose custom. Tamura who can’t stand watching bring fliers to office and promote. But Misuzu gives a frosty look to him. He gets scorched mixing private and public matters by Shigemori. Meanwhile, food poisoning occurred at restaurant, public health department issued order of prohibition of business. Victims pour down to restaurant and ask for commitment. President of construction company was one of victim. He came to pick up the paper of permit of construction business, he says the business of company gets worse while he was hospitalized. He asked to deal with him to pay 5 million yen for damage compensation田村(櫻井翔)は脱サラした元証券会社の男性が妻と始めた洋食店に足しげく通っていた。店の開業申請を初めて一人で担当したこともあって、応援したい思いがあったからだ。ところが店の客足は日に日に減っていく。見かねた田村は店のチラシを持って美寿々(堀北真希)らに宣伝するが、美寿々からは冷たい視線を送られ、重森(遠藤憲一)からは公私の混同を叱責(しっせき)される。そんな中、店で食中毒が発生し、保健所から1週間の営業禁止命令が出される。店には被害を受けた人たちが押し寄せ、責任を追及する。建設会社の社長も被害に遭った一人だった。事務所に建設業許可の更新申請の書類を取りに来た彼は重森に、入院している間に会社がひどい状態になったと訴え、損害賠償として500万円を払うよう交渉してほしいと頼む。One day, at Ohno office Tamura distributed fliers of “Kitchen Miyashita”. Oyako-don is specialty of the restaurant. It’s been 3 months since opening. They already lose customs. And it’s already risky status. Actually this restaurant was the first shop that Tamura applied starting business by himself. After business he get along with owner Daisaku Miyashita, he frequents the restaurant. That night when Tamura cook dinner, one customer say eating oyako-san, “it tastes strange.” He thought it was just claimer but Tamura drops by stomach ache> He went to hospital leading by Sakaeda. He gets food poisoning diagnostic. That Oyako-don was cause? Healthcare center investigates Kitchen Miyashita. Tamura asked Miyashita and his wife. They used local chicken as clearance goods at supermarket. It seems due to negative earnings they did it. Meanwhile the healthcare center order to prohibition of business for a week. A week later, the restaurant was turbulent to handle claim by victims. Miyashita who was accused decrees to pay 100K to each victim as consolation money. Tamura and Misuzu were accidentally there and told him the amount is too expensive. But Miyashita doesn’t listen to them. Victims who carried away proposed 2 million yen as consolation money. But Misuzu got upset!! Tomita who manage Risai kogyo came to Ohno office. He was hospitalized for food poisoning, he says he wan to ask for compensation for damage while he couldn’t work as he was hospitalize. Actually other party was Kitchen Miyashita. Shigemori appoint Tamura the matter of Tomita. Once he accepts the business. It’s normal to prior the client sot Tamura is eligibility as he has information of Kitchen Miyashita. Tamura reluctantly visits Tomita. He proposes a dubious compromise plan and he provokes Tomita's wrath. Client says “do professional work forgetting personal affair. Tamura is at the crossroads of his life. Which will he pick the client or friend as assistant of administrative scrivener? Tamura searched his way in his desperation, finally he reaches a decision. What is his decision? ある日の昼休み。大野行政書士事務所では、田村 (櫻井翔) がせっせと「キッチン・ミヤシタ」のチラシを配っていた。親子丼が名物のこの店、開業してまだ三ケ月というのに、既にお客が減りヤバイ状態らしい。実は、田村が行政書士補助者として初めて1人で開業申請した店で、依頼が終わってからも店主の宮下大作 (石原良純) と親しくし、足繁く店に通っているのだった。その日の夜、田村が店で夕食をとっていると、客の1人が親子丼を食べながら「変な味がする」と言い出した。ただのクレーマーかと思っていたのだが、翌朝、田村が腹痛で倒れてしまう。栄田 (高橋克実) に連れられ、病院に行くと「食中毒」との診断が…。まさか、親子丼が原因 !?その頃、「キッチン・ミヤシタ」には保健所による食品衛生法の立ち入り検査が行われていた。田村が宮下とその妻・緑 (山下容莉枝) に話を聞くと、スーパーの見切り品の地鶏を使っていた事が判明。赤字続きの末にやってしまったようだ。そんな中、ついに保健所から「 1週間の営業禁止命令」を命じられる。それから一週間後。店は、被害者たちからの苦情処理に追われ、騒然となっていた。責任を問われた宮下は、被害者には治療費と別に慰謝料として1人につき10万を支払うと宣言。たまたま居合わせた田村と美寿々 (堀北真希) は、宮下に示談金が高すぎると提言するが、脱サラしたばかりで、サラリーマン根性が抜け切れない甘ちゃんの宮下は耳を貸さない。さらに調子に乗る被害者たちは、慰謝料として200万円を請求する。その要求に、ついに美寿々がキレた !!大野行政書士事務所に、栄田の顧客で、零細興業を営む富田 (大地康雄) がやって来た。食中毒で入院させられ、仕事が出来なかった間の損害賠償を請求したいと言うのだが、何と相手は「キッチン・ミヤシタ」だったのだ。重森 (遠藤憲一) は、富田の依頼を田村に任命。依頼を受けた以上は、依頼者の利益を最優先に考えるのが当然で、相手側である「キッチン・ミヤシタ」の情報を一番持つ田村が適任だと言うのだ。田村は不本意ながらも富田の元を訪れる。しかし曖昧な折衷案を出し、富田の怒りを買うことに。依頼者から「私情を捨てて、プロの仕事をしてくれ」と言われる有様だ。人生の岐路に立つ田村。行政書士補助者として友人と依頼人のどちらを選ぶのか…。必死に自分の道を探した田村は、ついにある決断を下す。その決断とは… !?

I wake up early and work late. And January when I have been to Kobe I was night rhythm, filming starts 18:00 and finish at 7and go to bed at 9 and leave hotel at 17:00. I couldn’t go out at all. I was so steeply but rather cold as I was outdoor all the time. I don’t think daily rhythm exists. STBY how about you? Do you have daily work time? S: 11-19/ recommendation Arashi song for drum. I haven’t beaten drum with Arashi songs. I think Ashita no Kioku must be easy to get along with, and then you can take break between beginning and chorus.
