Mail order Blunder

 can anyone help me? 
i just made my order for the 5x10 concert dvd from cdjapan and proceeded to pay by IPMO. 
The thing is i followed the instructions on the website and made my payment payable to "CD Japan (Neo Wing Co.)" but i looked through the email again after i got home and realized that it should have been "CD Japan(Neo Wing *order no*)". I sent an email enclosing the receipt to them but i have yet to receive a reply. 

I'm definitely worried and YES this is my first time doing shopping through the net. =x
Can anyone tell me whether they will accept it? The name and address on my account and the one i used to make the payment is the same but is this enough?

you can cancel your order if your worried about it.

go to customer acc: the edit open orders, and click cancel it.

Or just email them: info@cdjapan.co.jp.

they will cancel for you.

and than re-order again :)

I e-mailed them with the receipt i got and the order no. But they have yet to reply me though. >.<
to cancel will make me have to request for a refund at the post center right? *sigh*

It's definitely worth contacting them about. But if your name is with the payment info they can probably figure it out, but the order number stuff probably makes their life easier and helps avoid problems.

If this was an international money order, I was just reading their site and it says "If possible, get your order number printed on your IPMO so that we can easily identify it to be your payement."
So as I suspected, not putting the order number is not a dealbreaker, they will probably still be able to process your order.
I bet you'll be fine, but it never hurts to contact them and double-check.

they usually inform by using order no when they already received it

I don't think you need to cancel it. I've contacted cdjapan with order problems before -- needing to change a shipping address, etc -- and they've been very responsive and emailed me back personally. Just give them a day or two to respond to your email; I am sure they'll be able to get it sorted for you without much trouble.
